Main duties and responsibilities:

- Customer-specific (OEM or Tier 1) requirements, with a practical overview of the expectations of European car manufacturers in particular;

- Training in automotive quality management systems and techniques (IATF 16949, VDA, etc.);
-
- The practical application of quality management tools and techniques used (including) in the automotive industry (SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 8D, etc.).
Requirements for the role:

- Higher education qualification;
-
- At least 5 years’ experience in quality management within the automotive industry (in a production/manufacturing environment), including customer and/or supplier relations;

- Confident manner, excellent communication skills;
-
- Mobility across the country;
-
- A working knowledge of English or German;
-
- Category B driving licence.
The following would be an advantage for this role:
-
- Experience gained in adult education;
-
- Experience in establishing quality management systems for the automotive industry;
-
- Auditing experience (as a supplier and/or internal auditor; certification as a lead auditor for a widely used quality management system is an advantage);
-
- Experience in maintaining professional relationships with automotive industry clients, identifying issues and working together to resolve them.

- Knowledge of other standards: ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 50001
